3. SMS Messaging Program
Awaken IV offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with patients who have opted in to receive messages. Our SMS program may be used to send: appointment reminders and booking confirmations, treatment plan updates and follow-up care instructions, consultation scheduling notifications, peptide and hormone therapy program updates, and important clinic announcements and operational updates.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and treatment plan activity.
4. Opting Out of SMS Messages
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Awaken IV. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

6. Message and Data Rates

Awaken IV and mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability.
