Peter John Weigel, MD

Dr. Peter Weigel is a board-certified internist with over 30 years of clinical experience across inpatient, outpatient, and extended care settings. He has served as Director of Emergency Services during his time in the United States Air Force and has also held medical director roles in long-term care facilities.

He currently practices in Colorado and provides medical oversight for Awaken IV, ensuring that all treatments follow established clinical standards and prioritize patient safety.

Dr. Weigel holds an active medical license in the state of Colorado (Colorado Medical Board, License #CDRH.0062623).

Lindsay Christine Wogen, NP

Lindsay Wogen is a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Colorado, holding an active Family Practice credential. She brings clinical experience in patient-centered care, focusing on delivering safe, personalized, and effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

As part of the clinical team at Awaken IV, Lindsay plays a key role in ensuring that therapies are appropriate, well-managed, and aligned with established medical guidelines, supporting both safety and quality of care.

She holds an active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado (License #APN.0999301-NP).

Nick Wingo is a nationally registered paramedic and firefighter with over 18 years of experience in emergency medical care. He founded Awaken IV to bring a more personalized and safety-focused approach to wellness treatments, combining advanced IV expertise with real clinical experience.

With over eight years in the wellness space, Nick is focused on making effective, high-quality therapies more accessible while maintaining a strong foundation in patient care, precision, and safety.

I had such a great experience with Lavinia at Awaken IV Therapy. I flew in from South Florida and was feeling a bit under the weather, so I decided to give my immune system a boost with an ozone IV treatment and a vitamin shot. Lavinia did a phenomenal job administering my IV fluids she has an incredibly gentle touch and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I was so impressed with her skill and professionalism that I ended up adding a microneedling service right after my IV, and I’m so glad I did. Everything from start to finish was excellent.

I use the stem wave therapy to treat my hand issues which I have been experiencing tremendous pain. On the first treatment, it took away 50% of the pain. I’ve received. 3 treatments and the pain is virtually gone. Prior to this, Nick had used Ozone therapy to treat my gout which has not returned I have been very pleased with the staff.
